Refund Policy
Subscription billing (V1)
Velryn runs manual refunds in V1. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support and include your account email, invoice ID, and a short reason for the request.
Eligibility and review
We review requests case-by-case with invoice history, account usage, and billing timeline. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe back to the original payment method.
Non-refundable scenarios
Charges for completed billing periods are generally non-refundable unless required by law or caused by verified billing errors. Partial usage within a period does not automatically qualify for prorated refund.
Cancellation and future billing
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals at the end of the active billing cycle. Cancellation itself does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.
